About the Role
The role:
Support, sell and market the company’s products and services Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans that support the business growth Analyse and propose solutions for the client’s business needs Achieve sales targets set out by the management team Ensure weekly reports are created demonstrating targets and action plans Liaising with internal departments providing support as needed Ensuring compliance is adhered to according to company specifications Lead customer reviews raising issues and opportunities Likely split is 80% key account management and 20% new business
You will be looking after UK and European customers.
Upselling to existing customers
The candidate:
Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential Ideally, we are looking for someone that has worked with customers in the aerospace industry
Min 5 years’ experience working within a technical field required
Ability to read, understand and create technical reports and data Excellent communication skills with great presentation skills Dynamic, confident and proactive Must be able to travel as this is an essential part of the role Contract negotiation experience
Someone with negotiating skills that is used to negotiating long term contracts 5-15 years.
Experience of negotiating with Managing Directors, Purchasing Directors, and Senior leadership.
If candidates have not worked within the aeospace industry then we could consider metals, or heavy industry.
This is a numbers / metircs driven company so we need somoene with tynasity, and drive.
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience plus car allowance and bonus
