About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a three-year pipeline of potential projects, aligning with company objectives. Create and manage annual project plans, including cost estimates, measurable benefits, and clear deliverables.

Project Execution: Own and manage key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Provide mentorship and support to other project managers.

Project Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project dashboard to track progress, expenditures, and metrics. Prepare and distribute regular project reports to key stakeholders.

Financial Management: Prepare and justify CAPEX cases for approval. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation. Create and process purchase orders in SAP.

 

Specific Deliverables:

Project Management Tools: Utilize MS Teams and Excel to manage project data and reporting.

Communication: Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations.

Financial Documentation: Create and submit CAPEX cases, RFQs, and other financial documents.

Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance.

Project Governance: Participate in gate reviews and ensure compliance with project governance standards.  

 

Position Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful project management experience, with a focus on CAPEX projects.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to project execution.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems effectively.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and budgeting.
