About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure efficient maintenance planning and execution.
Operator Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Preventive and Reactive Maintenance: Conduct both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks to optimize plant performance.
IL6S Implementation: Drive the implementation and adherence to IL6S work processes, including PM Pillar, Kaizens, Tags, OPLs, and 5S.
Knowledge Transfer: Train and coach operators on PM-AM knowledge transfer to ensure a skilled workforce.
Good Manufacturing Practices: Adhere to and promote Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the facility.
Breakdown Analysis: Lead and support breakdown analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and implement loss reduction projects.
Parts Management: Identify and order replacement parts to ensure efficient equipment operation.
Machinery Oversight: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of unique, state-of-the-art machinery.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work.
Operational Support: Provide operational support to ensure efficient production.
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong understanding and practical application of problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of IL6S work processes and experience in their implementation. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as SAP PM. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information. Passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Experience in process and packaging plant in food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
